Delivery Policy

CraftWishes provides digital invitations and greetings only. We do not sell or ship any physical product, so no shipping charges apply.

Delivery timeline

  • Free invites and greetings are delivered instantly: your shareable link is shown the moment you press Publish.
  • Premium is activated instantly after the payment is confirmed by our payment partner — usually within a few seconds. Your receipt is shown on screen and emailed to you if you gave an email address.
  • In rare cases of delayed payment confirmation from the bank, activation can take up to 30 minutes. If Premium is not active after that, contact us and we will activate it within 24 hours or refund you as per our Refund Policy.

How you receive it

Everything is delivered in your browser: the public invite link (to share), a private manage/edit link and your receipt. You can open them on any device. If you gave your email, we also send both links by email.

Service area

The Service works worldwide. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees by Razorpay; international cards are accepted where supported.
