Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of craftwishes.com and its services (the "Service"), operated by CraftWishes ("CraftWishes", "we", "us"). By creating, publishing, paying for or viewing an invitation you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CraftWishes lets you create animated digital invitations and greetings ("Invites") from our designs, add your own text, photos, video and event details, share them by link, and optionally collect RSVPs and wishes from guests. The Service is provided online only; nothing is shipped.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Private edit link

When you publish an Invite you receive a private edit link. Anyone with that link can edit the Invite and see its RSVPs, so keep it confidential. We are not responsible for changes made by people you share it with. You can request fresh links through "Find my invites" using the email you provided.

4. Your content and responsibilities

  • You own the text, photos and videos you add ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, display and deliver Your Content only to provide the Service to you and your guests.
  • You confirm you have the right to use Your Content (including photos of other people and any music or video you link) and that it follows our Content & Copyright Policy.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of event details and for informing guests of any changes.
  • When you collect RSVPs, you are responsible for using your guests' names and phone numbers only to organise your event, in line with applicable law.

5. Our designs

All designs, illustrations, animations, music composed for CraftWishes, software and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only within your Invite on the Service, for your personal or event purposes. You may not copy, resell, scrape or reproduce them elsewhere. Some designs include photographs or music under open licences; their credits are shown on the Invite.

6. Free and Premium plans; prices

  • Greetings are free. Event Invites are free with limits (currently 100 views and 50 RSVPs, our branding, live until 30 days after the event).
  • Premium is a one-time payment for one Invite/event. It unlocks Premium designs and features for that Invite and keeps it live until one year after the event. It is not a subscription and never renews automatically.
  • Prices are shown in INR (other currencies are approximate conversions) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future purchases; this never affects a payment already made.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Coupons are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time before use.

7. Refunds and cancellations

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to send spam, to impersonate anyone, to collect data unlawfully, for illegal events or content, to harass anyone, to upload malware, or to interfere with the Service or other users. We may suspend or remove any Invite that breaks these Terms or the law, without refund where the breach is serious.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available 24×7 but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service we will give reasonable notice and keep paid Invites available until their paid period ends or refund the unused portion.

10. Third-party services

Invites may open maps, calendars, YouTube/Vimeo videos, WhatsApp and other services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply; we are not responsible for them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example a guest missing an event because of incorrect details entered by a host). Our total liability for any claim relating to an Invite is limited to the amount you paid us for that Invite.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CraftWishes against claims arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may delete your Invite at any time from its manage page. We may suspend access to the Service if you breach these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes apply to purchases made after the change.
